Shout-out to Magnus, one of our successful seniors!

Magnus is one of five West Ada Automotive Technology III students who have decided to pursue additional post-secondary automotive technology training after high school.  He is in the third and final year of his high school CTE (Career and Technical Education) program.

These seniors represent several high schools throughout the district and were each awarded a $300.00 NAPA and a $400.00 Clay Tully memorial scholarship to help offset their technical college training expenses.

Magnus (third from the right in the photo) represents Mountain View High School and is pictured alongside the other winners and NAPA Auto Parts manager Cody Widmer.

Congratulations to this group of hardworking students and their instructors, Mr. Mahler and Mr. Rhoades, for their tutelage and support!  This is a great example of students finding meaningful training opportunities that pave the way for their career and educational goals.

We at The Coaching Educator are proud of Magnus and encourage students interested in the trades to let us help them identify the best programs and secure the financial aid they need.
